T mobile music freedom not working?

That's too bad. I hope you're able to get some answers. Let us know how you make out. I'll chime in if I see the same problem happening again on my end too.

After a long battle on twittwrs DM. I was able to get unlimited LTE data for this month for free until they figure out the problem. They tried trouble shooting with me but everything was right on my end. Something was going wrong on there's. Even though it was tedious and took a while I'm happy with the end result for now. Just don't want a repeat next month.

I just got off the chat with T-Mobile about this.

For the Google Music app, there is a setting to cache music while playing. It is checked by default. It must be un-checked, and all your data cache cleared (through android settings/apps) for the data to quit counting against your monthly usage. You also have to have a certain version of both Google Music and Google Services (sorry, I forgot to write those down since I knew I had the most recent versions) for it to work.

I'll be verifying this over the next few days, but thought I'd share.
