T-Mobile Note 4 rooted OTA update issue

I have a T-Mobile Note 4 that is rooted with Super SU and I accidently hit the update yesterday that came out from Samsung and now my phone is stuck in the Android update flashing in and out. I do I get it out of update mode... HELP!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forums. Can you reboot into download mode to get into Odin? Power, volume down and home?
