Nope, that is new. I have it also.. Good catch! I'm going to contact T-Mobile and see if they have a change log out.

I have received a second update as well a few days ago. It's not a carrier model, but my build's last 5 digits is now the same as yours.Could you let me know if you see any worsening of scrolling in 3rd party apps?

I've not had any issues in scrolling of apps. The only app that has been a problem has been Hangouts and that is from the Hangouts update. It lags on my Note 5 on my AT&T Note 4 and on my desktop. I was in Hangouts when it updated and it has been lagging since then, though the lag is getting better.

I don't know yet. I haven't been on battery long and I also played a game for a bit that I haven't played in a while, so not a normal use time yet.
