T-Mobile Note 8 Oreo Update

I just received the OTA update on my phone. By using my Wi-Fi and network I dropped the 1GB+ update in 10 minutes. It also installed and updated in another 10 minutes; 94 apps in all.

I use Nova Launcher I cannot comment on Samsung's UX 9.0. However, off the bat I can tell it's smoother and faster.
