This must have come in this week's update. I have a setting in the phone for it. Noticed when my wife's S9 called me we both were prompted to enable. Is this the rcs we have been hearing about?

Nevermind I see this is different than RCS.

Any idea what RTT is? It was enabled when I got my Note 9 on release date, but seemed to just be texting while in a phone call. Seems kind of like a lame feature, but perhaps I'm missing something.

I thinking for hearing impaired mainly. If on release I never saw. Yesterday was first time I have ever had a phone call where a message popped up during the call asking if I wanted to enable it.
