They did it through chat....
Said it depends on the customer as to what the down payment is.

Ordered a S10+, prisim black, 128GB over the phone last night (had to phone in because I have a JOD account). Total down with tax was $136.39 and monthly payments fo $40.71.

Human error, it happens. The lady I had repeated all of my info back to me about 3 times through out the 20 minute phone call. Got the EIP agreement within 5 minutes of ending the call and about 3 text messages since confirming the order and thanking me for the purchase.

According to the 3 people I've chatted with 250 is the cheapest down payment for the s10+.

Maybe it varies between plans (Jump, JOD, One), I have a JOD account and my down payment was $136.39 with tax for the S10+.

Also with the lower down payment means higher monthly payments. I was talking to a rep on the phone and the + was $260 something with taxes and down payment. How did you get it that low? I'm been with T-Mobile for 15 years. And this best they can do?

Pre-ordered 128gb s10+ jod flamingo pink. I really like ceramic white, but decided against paying extra on the down payment. Not sure how I'll like the flamingo pink in person, but got kind of tired of the normal colors so decided to go loud with the pink.
