Our company phones were preordered in store on sept 27, new customers so we don't have t mobile phone numbers, we can't log into tmobile because it's asking for our number in order to register, can't check tracking info on my tmobile cuz we can't log in, and ups website is showing invalid searches when we try searching reference numbers with the contact person's number, our company's number and order number.
Can someone give me any ideas on how I can actually check the order status or get the tracking info? My boss was the one who did the preordering in store, but she is always too busy to call tmobile customer service to find out. Any help is much appreciated,
