T-Mobile SG-S5 vs AT&T SG-S5 - advantage and disadvantage?

I have an AT&T iPhone 5s and my co-worker has a T-Mobile SG-S5 unlocked; we'd like to trade.

Will there be any issue, advantage/disadvantage for me to use T-Mobile SG-S5 unlocked phone on AT&T network?
