I eventually gave up and let this update happen, but it died because I'm rooted. Now, it's back and trying to update again. Eventually, it got annoying enough that I went ahead and let it update. Being rooted caused it to fail again.

My current build is JDQ39.M919UVUAMDB.

Never released for T-Mobile. It'll be built into the 4.3 update that's (hopefully) coming on 11/18.
