On my S7 Edge from TMO the November update introduced a wifi bug.

I have tmobile updates installed. No issues on my 7edge

The last update was 11/5. I think there were other posts on this. But, no issues reported. Just the typical monthly security update. Of course, the simplest of updates can make any perfectly normal acting phone lose its mind.

T-Mobile recently rolled out an Android 7.0 beta to those selected for the Samsung beta testing program.

If you were one of the lucky few who got enrolled in the beta program, I would hope you would be aware of the update.
Therefore, I was assuming the OP was not.
