T-Mobile US RELEASE DATE?

I just seen on T-Mo News that the very earliest the HTC One will be available is very late or end of April. That is the earliest, so in other words sounds like later than that. If that is the case HTC is in for one hell of a tough ride. The SGS4 will probably be hitting the shelves by then and say by by to HTC. Whoever is behind the HTC sales dept needs to have their ass fired. I have always been a huge fan of the Samsung brand, everything about them, the innovation is just over the top. Samsung has been the only manufacturers that have listened to their customers and have given us what we ask. I feel the SGS4 is the premier phone in the world. IMO nothing else can touch it, hardware and software is just unbeatable. Everyone thinks metal phones are the best, that is just total bull . Look at the iphone-5, my sister's iphone-5 after one week is a total mess, it's all chipped and nicked up, small little dents all over it along it's edges. My SGS3, which I have had since about after one week it was on sale looks like the day I purchased it, not a mark on it and I don't use a case. Polycarbonate is the material of choice, any electronic device with a radio signal does much better with polycarbonate, metal devices most often interfere with radio signals ect. Wireless charging is also very difficult with metal devices and I could go on. You can keep the metal phones and all their hiccups, I will stick with my polycarbonate (plastic) phone and get extremely great results. One more thing, drop both phones from equal heights and see what that metal phone looks like, again the polycarbonate phone always wins.

Samsung fanboy right here LOL. And yes the metal phone will look worst that the plastic but that's because it absorbs the impact so the internals have less chance of getting damage. The same can't be said for plastic. Not saying which is better just saying there's plus and minuses to both and not your one-sided view of the world.

On another note, I just switched to TMO and I'm looking for this device to come out too. I'll have to buy it outright (prepaid) but it looks like it'll be worth it.

Its also worth noting that the aluminum apple uses is a softer type than what HTC uses.

I'm interested to see how the radio signals and battery will be with this. Given the material used, I hope it doesn't make it harder to get a strong signal, thus causing the phone to use more battery. Doesn't seem to be a problem but I'm just wondering. HTC typically doesn't have a problem with radio quality but they've had their issues with battery life.

No probe with signal, better than my plastic Lumia 800. Batterys quite good, as good as any I think, but not especially epic either. The WiFi is awesome, picks up much further away around my home than my last phones, more like my laptop.

Tmobile has changed the offers now to April & May and included a mobile kit for online orders. Now also going to sell the iphone 5 starting in April.

At&t and sprint have announced when there pre-orders beging but T-mobile hasnt announced anything! has anyone heard when it is going to be available or at least when pre-orders begin?

Nope. I think all T mobile cares for right now is the iPhone and the Galaxy S4.

T-Mobile might be last to get it. The iPhone is coming out mid April for T-Mobile. They said the Galaxy S4 will hit May 1st. So... Yeah too many phones being released too close to each other.

In order to receive the $100 rebate / trade-in visa card you are required to purchase the HTC One by 04/26, so I would think we'd see it sooner than then.

You know how many times they have change that?

But don't get me wrong.. i wanna see the HTC One on T-Mobile ASAP just as all the other carriers

I'm guessing they'll release it shortly after iPhone 5 (19th like the others?), because iPhone 5 is nothing new and I can't possibly imagine they push One back after S4, if they want to attract any One customer at all.

Assuming it is an iPhone 5s and not something else.

I'm hoping T-Mo is just distancing their announcement from AT&T and Sprint and we'll see roughly the same release date as them, but as it drags out I'm really starting to get a feeling we're looking at mid-May now for the One on T-Mobile, and that makes me sad. Here's hoping I'm wrong.

I doubt they would stretch it out that long.

You can order for T-Mobile thru HTC site. Go to shop and you'll see the phone there. I just placed one and it looks like lets talk is handling the orders.

Did anyone see THIS?
If you click the "Features" tab and look under "Cell Phone Specifications," you'll see this:
Cell Phone Specifications
Processor Name Not Available
Onboard Memory 32GB
Removable Memory Card - Type Micro SD Card
Maximum Memory Card Capacity N/A
Removable Memory Accessibility Under Cover
Expandable Memory Slot N/A

Looks like it MIGHT have a MicroSD card slot underneath the back cover like the Chinese version, you just can't access it easily.
