Eh it's always worked in my favor. The one time it went farther than a phone call (a bank kept charging me for something I had already paid) I called them, told them I'd already paid them and wasn't going to pay a penny more, and told them if they tried one more time they'd be seeing me on court. Most of the time the company, in this case T-Mobile, will issue a credit refund for payments made and you won't half to talk about not paying. To each their own lol.I personally wouldn't go that route as I value my credit a lot more than let's say a 50-80 phone bill that I could just leave before a new cycle.
