I was able to get the Pixel 6 pro Cloudy White from T-Mobile.
They were having issues at first then the upgrade line went through on their website.
The order says delivery by 10/28!

I was ready to order one today, but T-Mobile only has the 128GB models available. I have used more than that on my Note 10+ that I've had for two years and was hoping that I could make the 6 Pro last longer than that. I guess I'll just have to keep checking to see if they become available.

I'm in the same boat. I have the exact same phone and went over 128gb. So you can imagine my disappointment when T-Mobile only carries the 128. Ugh! So unlocked it is.

I have a hard time walking away from the $900 T-Mobile will give me for the Note so I'm going to wait it out for a while. You would think Google will have to give them the higher storage eventually.

Ugh, only 128GB models available. Not enough memory without SD card support. I need to keep some music on the phone for alarms and phone ringtones. .

I'm an addict. :-! :D

I just added a line on T-Mobile and now I am getting the Pixel 6 for $99. I really don't need the phone but I figured $99 is better than $599 and I've never had a pixel.

Still have my LG V60 and it's running strong but really couldn't pass this up. I was adding the line anyways

Asking a dumb question here:

Does TMO sell the 6 pro unlocked? Or does it have the bloatware?

It will likely be carrier locked until the phone is paid off through the balance of the monthly device credits, if applicable. There won't be much, if any, bloatware. Maybe just the TMobile app. TMo is good at keeping to the standard Android apps.

Thank you! Was hoping it would be unlocked. I can't wait for this nonsense of the phone not being available to ship. I've only had 2 phones i bought from tmo and the bloatware was horrendous.

There is no carrier bloat and infact you cannot tell you even have a carrier phone. There 8s no branding, no boot animation, no TMobile apps at all, updates come when Google releases them and I am even wondering if it's even network locked. I just haven't tried putting another sim in to verify that.

I have a 3aXL from TMO. It was definitely carrier locked until it was paid for, at which point I got an unlock notification. But yeah. No bloat at all and updates straight from Google as far as I have been able to tell. I assume it will be the same on my Pro whenever it actually ships.

Yes the 6's from T-Mobile are carrier locked. I put my Verizon sim in it and it was a no go.

If you buy a pixel 6 through t-mobile. The phone will be definitely locked to t-mobile for a certain time period. Not being with t-mobile I have no idea how long it is before it can be sim unlocked.

I suspected as much but it was a thought. I know once apon a time only on certain phones they used to leave them unlocked. Granted that was a long time ago but hey, it was worth waisting the brain cells on it for a hot minute.

Call Tmobile and ask them to activate esim. Esim activation will require the device to be unlocked. My device was one week old and it got unlocked the next day. Called in and activated esim. All good now.

I would do esim but I switch back and forth between phones so that would make it hard to do.

How do you switch an eSim from one phone to another? Never having an eSim, I'm curious. However, for me, an eSim is out of the question if I get a P6P since my backup phone is only hard sim card capable. But I am curious.

Do you have to call the provider or can you link to a website?
