I am having a bit of a problem. When I am in an area with poor reception (which is basically inside any building with T-Mobile) my call volume is so low I can barely hear the person I am talking to. This has already resulted in one mix up with a job interview schedule because I could not hear the person I was talking to. Big problem! I don't know if it's the phone, a generic reception issue or a T-mobile problem. When I have good reception outdoors I have no problem whatsoever.
