T815 multi user

Hi! My brand new Samsung Galaxy S2 hasn't the possibility of making new users... It has Lollipop. Any news about when Samsung will fix this?

Look under Settings - Users - Add user or profile.

I haven't that, I've checked all the settings several times...

Sorry, in that case I can't help. Maybe someone smarter than me will come along...

Try pulling down the setting shade from the top of the screen, and tap the user photo on the top right of the shades what do you see? Options hopefully to add a user. If not the device thinks you are second user, and I don't think second users can create new users, if that makes sense. There is always a primary user, and that user sets up additional users.
