T999L Galaxy S3 Can't update to 4.3 even after unrooting..

I wanted to update to 4.3, OTA with my T999L. I followed the xda-developers thread on how to use Odin to flash my stock system, recovery, and tried using Triangle Away. Originally my count was 2,System: Custom, Binary: Custom; TA made the count 1 and System: Official, but the Binary still shows Modified, and it is not allowing me to update still. Any ideas on some things to try?

Why not flash the 4.3 build http://samsung-updates.com/details/18694/Galaxy_S3_LTE_T-Mobile/SGH-T999L/TMB/T999LUVUBMK4.html directly using Odin?
