T_Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 - Screen won't turn on during call.

OFTEN during the call, the screen goes out and won't turn on no matter what buttons I push!!!

It only comes back on if remote person hangs up first. Otherwise I can't even hang up!

Have to remove the battery to restart the stupid thing!

Anyone else is having this problem?

This sounds exactly like the problem I was experiencing a couple months back. It sounds like your proximity sensor may be acting up. More info and a possible fix/workaround here:

Try the test mode mentioned there and see if your sensor stays stuck on after you move the phone away from your ear.
