Tab A vs Galaxy Tab S2

Reviews for S2 suggests that it's perfect to replace the note 10.1 (minus the battery life and S pen) but getting a Tab A might save some money although it seems to have less upgrades/functions compared to this model.

I'm used to having an S pen on my tablet which I mainly use for pdf files for Uni notes and the usual social media& Youtube (used a galaxy note 10.1 since 2013! but the time has come for a switch).

I was just wondering if it's worth it getting a Tab A or if I should get Tab S2 and buy an S pen/stylus separately.

Any thoughts & opinions on this would be really helpful (&appreciated!) :)

Does the S2 have the Wacom digitizer hardware to support an S-Pen? I would have thought not. In which case, if the stylus is important to you, you'd have to look for solutions other than the S-Pen. I've yet to find a 3rd party stylus that works as well as the S-Pen.

I would hope that the Tab A will get Marshmallow, seeing as it's not that old, though it may be a wait. The S2 is certainly more powerful, but it depends on what workload you need.
