Tab3 model SM-T217S. It was originally on our Sprint data plan, but as we now use our GS8 phones pretty exclusively, hadn't touched the Tab3 in quite a while so we removed it from the data plan a while back. We have two of these devices, and both have this issue, so it's probably related to the lack of data plan.
That all said, I fired it up recently thinking I could use it just with wifi, but it won't boot past the Sprint logo screen. Is there any way to get past this other than factory reset?
