Tabbed App Drawer

I have the new update and didnt get the ability to view apps in a tabbed format. Did anyone else? This was promised on the verizon update features of this latest OTA update. I also heard someone say they can now view everything in landscape mode...even the home screen goes to landscape when you have your kickstand out. This doesnt happen for me. Does it work for anyone else? Is there a setting somewhere for this Im missing?

the pdf looked to be full of mistakes it included some features that we wont get to see unti we get gingerbread in the next 3 weeks fingers crossed
