Table android jelly bean 4.1 face lock code forgotten

[AC Question]

My son have locked his tablet with a code. Code has been forgotten and now can't unlock.
I have been trying few of your advice but no success. No access to any reset option and google account.
The table is the kid tablet type 7 Tablet PC for kids.
Is someone could help!!

seems you should be given the option to select 'forgot password' or something, and enter the google account sign-in details.

or factory reset, which you would have to do by switching the device off. do a web search for the particular device model and how to factory reset, or if you have a decent user guide, it will explain.
Note: you will lose all data, except for some settings and a list of apps that were installed, which will be stored in the google account, if it was configured to do so.
