Tablet A6 Tablet has stopped loading. Green Screen shows “optimising app 8 of 8” and then just turns off

Hi,

A very elderly relative (88 years old) uses this to enjoy life and suddenly the screen shows this on turn on and then just turns off.

Samsung A6 tablet

How do I get into this, find out what this new app is and delete it?

The system cache is temporary data. Nothing important will be deleted.
