Tablet E email issue ............. urgent! What can I do?

Tablet E email issue .......................... urgent!

Hi Guys
I have a Tablet E (SM-T560) with Android 4.4.4
The problem I have is that I can only access emails for the current day!
Right now I can only see three emails but I get the message that says
'Flick up to load more emails. 3/216'
Flicking up does nothing ................... but I need to access some old emails!
Please help me.

Which app are you using? Also, check your specific account settings under the SYNC options. Maybe you've selected to sync one day (default is 2 weeks, I believe); if so, just increase the sync period you want stored in your device.
