Tablet gets stuck on blank screen after the 2 Dog Logo but won't boot up after a factory reset.

I was receiving a constant UI failure message, so I performed a factory reset. I followed all the normal steps (power + volume, wipe cashe/factory reset, reboot system), but now once it goes past the 2 dog RCA logo, it just sits on the blank screen and won't continue booting. I repeated the process and attempted to boot from Fastboot mode, but it still froze after the logo on the blank screen. Is the tablet dead and unfixable?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you wipe the cache partition or do a factory reset? They're two different things. Are you able to get back to the Recovery Menu?
