Tablet has colored lines horizontally?

tablet has colored lines horizontally??!!

When I woke up, I checked my tablet... but it has colored lines on the screen!! I was thinking if I dropped it recently, but i didn't.. the last thing I did is to turn off the alarm and I just put it on my laptop.. I dropped it thrice I think but that was like 4 weeks ago... I don't think the cause is whenever I woke up and sleep again, I put it under my pillows.. HELP ME PLEASE! :'((((( THIS IS MY 2ND TIME FOR MY TABLET TO BE FIXED AGAIN -___-

That can slowly damage the screen.

Or the screen might just have picked now to fail. (All electronic components eventually fail.)

Or a cable could have loosened when you dropped it not recently and eventually worked its way loose.

Or the motherboard could have gone.

There are too many possibilities - all of them requiring opening the tablet - to give you any instructions to fix it. I'd suggest a good repair shop.

it came back today.. it's okay now )) idk what happened... i just left it charging
