Tablet has odd static?

Just happened when watching YouTube. Won't go away. Everytime screen is on it does this.

Well it may be related to heating issues,,If you cant see any logo during reboot, I don't think its software problem ,

Yeah, can't even system reboot it. Every inch of the tablet is either static or black. How am I supposed to reboot it if I can't see it?
