tablet problems

I have a tablet and my messenger stop working. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it keeps coming up saying," unfortunately messenger has stopped" . Can you help so much appre, and thank you for your help

factory reset maybe? that usually helps. if you still get problems after that, than send it back from where you bought it. might be hardware problems.
