Hello,
I've had my Nexus 7 for about a year now and since I (accidentally) let the battery die, it refuses to boot past the Google logo and is stuck in some sort of bootloop. I've tried nearly everything including a factory reset, rooting, restoring, unlocking and locking the bootloader, charging it to 100%, and even some "solutions" on this website and not one has worked. I can boot into fastboot mode just fine, the issue here is booting up into the actual OS or day-to-day use. I really hope it isn't bricked because it's a fantastic device apart from this issue, so if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.
thanks
