Tablet Specific Launcher

Hi, I am an independent android developer and I have been toying with the idea of writing a tablet specific launcher/home screen replacement. It will have some features from honeycomb's launcher, automatic rendering depending on the tablet screen size, resolution and density. I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in a launcher or do the current launchers suffice tablet use?

I own a Dell Streak and I've been using ADW launcher exclusively on it, as the stock one is just horrible in my opinion, even the new dell stage launcher. I was thinking of having something similar to current launchers but resizing options for shortcuts/widgets to render to the best sizes depending on the tablet specs. A quick rundown of the features I have in mind:

Horizontal/Vertical home screens (swipe up/down/left/right for screens)
Possible pinch to zoom to view more home screens at once
Scrollable widget support
Honeycomb like item placement (widgets, wallpaper, embeddable apps)

Pricing would be $2.99-$3.99 for the full version (for more advanced features such as pinch to zoom, scrollable widgets, some others).
Lite free version would include all normal features of a launcher (widgets, wallpaper, live wallpaper, etc) , the dynamic resizing as mentioned above, horizontal/vertical home screens.

Just an idea, wanted some feedback before I started development. Thanks.

Nick

Go for it!

I just bought my Xoom and love it so far. Like you though, I have ADW on my Evo and really miss the added functionality that it gives me. Also adding a dock that appears on all screens to access a common set of Apps across all screens would be great too.

Zeam Launcher, look at some of the Nook Color screenshots around the net, Zeam with the super long dockbar (I think 8-10 apps) and the ability to have up to 8 or 10 rows and columns, great for high res tablets.
