Tablet wont startup

my mom bought me a android tablet (i don't even think it has a name there is none on the device and i didin't get the tablet with its box she bought it online) and the other day i accidently dropped it it open up so i looked at it it seemed to have no damage inside or out even the screen didin't crack i thought i was lucky but when i turned it on it went through the normal android setup the andriod came up on the screen and it was loading up the lockscreen but it went on and on loading and never stopped can someone tell me how to resolve the problem its starts up but doesnt reach the lockscreen PLEASE HELP I GOT IT FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!:'(

i am sorry that happen to you and your gift. you may want to get on the phone and call around in the city to find cell repair stores and see if someone can look it over and maybe give you a quote. hopefully they would find something minor and just take care of it.

Try holding the power switch until you are sure it is off completely. plug power into it and ower backup. i have anoff brand tablet that i did the same thing to.
