I am now on my THIRD Tag Connected, first one the battery fried itself in under a week, second one the crown button ceased to work completely, now the issue i have with number three is it will not connect to my iphone6! My phone is running IOS 11.03 and my watch is running android OS 7.1.1.
Mark at TAG says it could take up to 6 weeks to sort, my problem is third watch and i do not want to wait for a fix! My watch is not fit for purpose and i want TAG to step up and accept ownership that their equipment is faulty! I paid for a TAG CONNECTED NOT AN UNCONNECTED!!!!!
No idea if anyone else is experiencing this issue, if so what are you doing about it? Need advice plz
