Take off your cases

i have to have a case, but i just switched from the otterbox defender to the otterbox Symmetry.

It has to be a minamilist case for me to primarily add corner protection and more grip.

So I use the official Samsung Black Leather clip on case and a dbrand Black Dragon back skin to protect against scratches and a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector.

I'm not into cases that would hold up to a nuclear blast ! ;)

Like all of us, I slapped a case on my new Note 10+ and was amazed by the phone.

The case I had was a good one. I dropped my phone from about 2 feet and the screen disintegrated.

A local company fixed it in less than 24 hours and i can't tell the difference. Awesome service and thanks to Samsung for making it so repairable.

So I bought a bigger case. One that would keep it safe from a tree falling on it. Really nice case.

So all of a sudden I'm holding a big *** phone in my hand.

I handled that for about 2 weeks. Then I took the case off and started carrying it , handling it, with no case.

Wow. What a great (risky) experience. This phone was meant to be held NAKED.

The screen just jumps out at you with no border.

I'll drop it tomorrow. $300.
I find the Note 10 + very uncomfortable to use without a case. I find it too thin and slippery. I use the Samsung View case and love the feel.

I've been rocking the Note 10+ naked 2 weeks now and I love it. Actually not fully naked, i have a dome screen protector but damn this phone feels so good in the hand. The finger prints were driving me crazy at first but I'm slowly getting over it. I just have that nagging feeling that I might forget it on my lap one day and it will commit seppuku and jump onto the concrete getting out of my car one day lol. I dont want to tempt the phone gods so I got insurance.

A case is mandatory for the Note 10+
You will break it without one, this I guarantee...
Z-Bolt case is slim, easy to grip with pretty good protection.
I've "tested" it a couple times, including the end over end flip into a concrete floor while standing. No damage.

Don't know about you but breaking a phone that cost $1G is not in my game plan. A naked Note 10+ not easy to hold on to either; I prefer a good case as holding is much easier.

This phone absolutely needs side impact protection.
A very thin bezel on a phone this heavy means a broken screen is in your future. Add to that even if you don't crack the Gorilla Glass 6 from an impact, you weaken it. Repeated insults will cause it to fail; keep impacts to a minimum.
They tend to land on the corners especially the corner where the stylist lives; the worst possible place.
Try the BoltZ, I have small hands and no issues holding the Note in this case.
The Note 10+ is a very hard phone to repair... best not to.

With the prices of these phones going up, I definitely use a case. I usually use Spigen clear cases but went with supcase this time around. Shows off the phone with enough protection.

Not really about the prices going up, but more because of the manufacturers refusing to use materials that aren't glass.

The Samsung XCover Pro and XCover FieldPro are not cheap devices, but you could trust those without a case (not like anyone would make one anyways)

Today the factory screen protector on my 10+ finally got to the point where I couldn't take the scratches. So I took off the case in order to peel off the screen protector... Been using the phone since with no case or screen protector and I am really loving the look and feel but I'm so nervous to continue using it like this on the regular. But man it's tempting LOL

Yeah that too. I've never been too fond of glass. I truly miss the old days.
