Question Taking photo of a photo

Hello all, I have a photo laying flat on a table and I would like to take a picture of it with my cellphone. Is there a stand with 4 legs where I can set my cellphone facing down to take the picture?

What phone? If it's a pixel you can use photo scan app. Works quite well and doesn't need a stand.

Hmmm, I haven't seen such a stand, and don't imagine how such a stand would work, as you need to be able to move the phone ↑↓←→... so as to focus and frame the picture &c.

I can second that ↑; there's Photoscan (which works with all Androids), as well as the Snapseed app (both recommended to me by the Great @B. Diddy & @jhilker & @Bkdodger1 ,
plus a few others).

↑ ... I was taking some pics of some old photo prints a while back, when @B. Diddy and a few other members suggested trying the Photoscan & Snapseed apps, and they both worked well.
GDrive also worked, but only for .pdf's – with less quality & resizing adjustments.

Was also considering the:
Epson Perfection V600 Color Photo, Image, Film, Negative & Document Scanner

. . . but we needed to upgrade our printer, so we went with an Epson ET-4850 (on sale @ samsclub . com for $349 - until June 2)– that, according to rtings .com , has a flatbed scan quality of:

Max Scan Resolution 1,200 DPI
Max Scan Color Depth 24Bit

"The scan quality is outstanding. Everything looks sharp, and all the finer elements are present. This printer has a main scan resolution is 1200 DPI and a sub-scan resolution of 2400 DPI. The sub-scan resolution is achieved by shifting the carriage, thus increasing the vertical resolution, similar to a camera sensor shift. The scanner can also achieve an interpolated scanning resolution of 9600 DPI."

↑ . . A scan quality which, I think, is actually better than the top-rated Epson EcoTank Photo ET-8500.
