My Backup Pro is another, although I've not used it extensively on a non-rooted device. When I got my Note 3 last week, used it to transfer SMS, MMS, and Call Logs from my Note 2 (rooted). All this was done via WiFi on my home network. Not directly related to a full backup, but a nice feature.
Depending up on how much of your stuff (photos, e-mails, documents) is in the cloud, then using Googles "Backup my data" option (in Settings/Backup and reset), is something else to consider.
Kies backups up content in the following categories:
Personal Information (Contacts, S Note, S Planner, Call Log, S Health, Message), Content (Videos - internal memory), Music (internal memory), Photos (internal memory), Miscellanous content files (internal memory), Ringtone, Applications (internal memory), Account information and Settings (Alarm, Email account information, Preferences (Home Screen, Lock Screen, Location Service, Wi-Fi, Other Preferences).
Essentially the entire phone, although it appears it does not backup stuff on the ExternalSDCard.
