Hi there guys can someone tell me how to backup whole data on my note 3 to my pc without rooting my device??

It's a bit more complicated than an iPhone, but there are several apps in the Play Store that will get your data most of the way covered.

Some require root, so you'll have to sort through those if you don't want to go through the process.

Also use a cloud storage strategy (Dropbox, Box, Drive, etc) to your advantage.

Helium. It's in the play store but a few apps won't be able to be backed up without root. Although if you want it you may need to act quickly because they just removed Koush's free version of rom manager so they may do the same with this.

My Backup Pro is another, although I've not used it extensively on a non-rooted device. When I got my Note 3 last week, used it to transfer SMS, MMS, and Call Logs from my Note 2 (rooted). All this was done via WiFi on my home network. Not directly related to a full backup, but a nice feature.

Depending up on how much of your stuff (photos, e-mails, documents) is in the cloud, then using Googles "Backup my data" option (in Settings/Backup and reset), is something else to consider.

Kies backups up content in the following categories:
Personal Information (Contacts, S Note, S Planner, Call Log, S Health, Message), Content (Videos - internal memory), Music (internal memory), Photos (internal memory), Miscellanous content files (internal memory), Ringtone, Applications (internal memory), Account information and Settings (Alarm, Email account information, Preferences (Home Screen, Lock Screen, Location Service, Wi-Fi, Other Preferences).
Essentially the entire phone, although it appears it does not backup stuff on the ExternalSDCard.

Thanks guys will check them out.

My backup pro looks good. Can I take backup of my note 3 on my pc with it??

My Backup Pro can backup to the ExternalSDCard or Cloud. I believe the Cloud in this case is their own. I have not tried their Cloud.

I've not seen a desktop PC component for My Backup Pro, but you could copy the backups from the My Backup Pro's directory on your Note 3 to your computer.

Kies does backup stuff from your phone (items I listed above) to your computer.

There is problem with my backup pro.

1. It require Internet connection, sucks big time.

2. It does not backup the data with apps. Just create apks. ☹

OK. I don't believe that #1 above is a true statement. If asked to use their online backup option, just cancel.

As for app data backup, did you look into Helium as noted above by putsometrebleinit? I reread the Helium description in the Play Store, and what I understood is that app data can be backed up. Helium appears to require a desktop app.

Ya helium did the work. Thanks.

But as I said my backup require Internet connection. As soon as I launch the app. It say net connection is not detected. And when I cancel the error and try to backup error appears Internet connection is not available.

The screenshot and additional details help:). I just put my Note 3 in Airplane Mode, then opened up My Backup Pro. Did not get the message you did. Perhaps if you created an online account with them is the reason for the prompt.

In either case, looks like you found an option that works for you. Thanks to putsometrebleinit.

OMG I backed up with kies and did a reset and kies restored almost NOTHING. No nova launcher settings, no email settings, no keyboard settings, and now it thinks I'm ROAMING all the time. I don't even know what to do. Just reset again and not reload anything but my sd card I guess. SO ANNOYED! And it took FOREVER for it to back up a "miscellaneous data" folder then wouldn't even restore. Also Now I can't see some stuff from my SD card, like my hacked ver of flash to side load, or any of my apps on the card. Any suggestions?
