Taking the case off everyday?

My phone has wireless charging capabilities, but my phone won't charge with the case on. i don't want a new case. Will my phone be okay if I remove the case to charge it each night? (will it get worn down)

I don't like removing cases more than is necessary because it stresses the case and - possibly in my imagination - the phone, especially the screen glass.
