Sorry if this has been covered but I didn't see it anywhere... Go to settings, click advanced calling, click the check, takes you to a website, and it's free. Sign up for it and this feature is unlocked. Hope that helps at least one person Haha.

Yes that is the fix for Verizon users -- turn on VoLTE (that is basically what Advanced calling is) and then calls act as data (but still count only against minutes).
