talk back takes 15 seconds to repeat

Any application that uses talk back (repeating what you say) on my 4G takes like 15 seconds to repeat.. The same aps work great on the same phone other people have but not mine.. Have tried every kind of reset you can do but no help...

Have you contacted the tech-support? It maybe an isolated issue?!
If you have Insurance on your phone it will be replaced for free (if they cannot fix it).
