The reason this isn't advertised is because it's currently an inconsistent experience. There are only a handful of phones that can use this method (data + voice over CDMA) and then even they sometimes don't work without issue.

ive never had a problem. i even turned wifi off and on during the call on the few tests that i performed. worked fine for me...

over at sprint insider the word was they can't guarantee that it will work all the time. Very dependant in the signal quality you are getting and how the network is feeling that day.
