"Talk" is in app drawer.. Bloatware?

I was browsing through the app drawer and Google Play to insure everything is updated correctly and I found "Talk" on the 2nd page. When I went to Google Play, it refuses to show up there. My apps, installed or all-
Is Talk part of the Bloatware? If you go to manage apps and all, its there. Is Talk part of Google Plus and how do you get rid of it? Better yet is it compatible with Jelly Bean. There was another app called " Galaxy " but its written in Korean or Chinese, utter strikeout for me.

"Talk" is GOOGLE Talk, a messaging app. Think it's built into the OS.
So, no... Not bloatware.
