Tap and Pay credit cards being surreptitiously disabled on my LG G3
First, I get an email that I had disabled my Capital One credit card from my Capital One Wallet mobile app. The app would not let me re-enable the card, even after removing and reinstalling the Wallet app. Then I removed the Capital One Wallet from my phone and installed Android Pay, using my American Express cc. It was successful, but overnight, I got an email that I had disabled my American Express cc from Android Pay (which I had not done). t seems that something in my phone is disabling these credit cards. The only apps I've added recently are Waze and enabled Google Now.
Any insight to what is happening would be greatly appreciated.
