Tap to go back home does not work on OneUI4+Nova Launcher

I noticed with the new OneUI 4.0, when using Nova Launcher, swiping up to view/close recent apps/task manager, to get back to the home screen I have to now swipe up again. In the past, in the recent app view, I was able to just tap on a black area from that view and it would take me back to my home screen.

Anyone else noticing that?
