Previously on this phone, I had the "tap to wake-up screen" enabled.

Now, it is not working.

I cannot find the setting now either.

Any help?

Thanks

I do not even have an icon for "MOTO DISPLAY".

The screenshot that you just posted, is that from a G7 Power?

Thanks

The Moto app is standard in most Moto models, but no, this is from the G7+. The app is called just Moto.

When I click on that icon, it does not bring me or give me the option to select "Peek Display".

Open the Moto app, Select the Features tab, and touch Moto Display.

I do not have the option to select the Features tab.

It's possible that Verizon removed this feature. Not sure what else to suggest, sorry.

My MOTO app is version: 9.0.38 and it does not have the option for the "Peek Display".

I did notice the older version: 9.0.28 does offer the "Peek Display" option.

What version do you have?

I guess they got rid of it with the newer version?

Thanks

Re: "tap to wake-up screen" feature

Sorry for the delay. My version is 9.0.38 as well. Probably a carrier restriction.

Re: "tap to wake-up screen" feature

I don't think Verizon removed (or ever removes) any Moto App functionality. Even my father in law's budget Moto E6 has Peek Display. All four of out different Moto Z phone's on Verizon still have Peek Display. It sounds like your Moto app became corrupted somehow. Have you tried clearing the Moto app cahe and restarting the phone?
