Tapatalk password issue

Question for anyone who uses Tapatalk.
I purchased Tapatalk about 2 -3weeks ago, but it never remembers my password. I checked the settings menu, and even checked Tapatalk's forums, where I found a few threads but no resolution.
Anyone know of this issue, and how you resolved it?

It remembers mine. Never had that issue. Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app?
maybe there is a glitch.......give that a try. If that doesn't work, you should be able to email the dev and ask them

Oh well, I am glad I got it on sale. Tks again.
