Tapping apostrophe automatically goes back to alphabet Samsung since recent update

Hi there,

I have updated my note 5 to the latest version and now get this annoying issue when typing.

Everytime I tap apostrophe it automatically goes back to alphabet and the way my tping is currently conditioned I am tapping the symbol button as normal and tapping the percent symbol where the T is.

I used to be able to tap apostrophe and then tap the symbol button which will say ABC to get back to alphabet and then tap T

Now with this issue I am making so many typos it is not funny.

Is there a way to get it back to the way it was? Why was it changed?
