Tasker vs Moto Assist

Hi all, I will be purchasing a Moto X soon. I was wondering if anyone who was using Tasker has abandoned it in favor of Moto Assist. I am currently running Tasker on my Razr M and really like it. I have several profiles and have gotten comfortable creating new profiles & tasks (I'm a programmer by profession). I'm guessing that Tasker provides a lot more flexibility & options at the expense of ease of use, but I was wondering what advantage Moto Assist might provide other than ease of use. In particular, I'm thinking of things like better battery usage for the app itself, or if anyone has found anything that Moto Assist can do that Tasker cannot, thanks.

I used to use a Moto X. The Assist works well for silencing your phone at night. Better than Tasker in my opinion. Assist is fairly limited, but the limited use works well for what it does (Driving, at night, etc..) My guess is you might use both.
