Looks very nice. That has been out and discussed for over a month now. I even signed up on their site but have not gotten anything from them.

I just went back to their site and see the following interesting Q&A's.

Will TAT Home be available on Android Market?
The target customers for TAT Home are phone vendors and operators that want a custom user interface on Android phones. At the moment we have no plans to release TAT Home to consumers via an open marketplace.
When will TAT Home be available for UX Preview?
There will be a UX Preview available in April for those that signed up at tat.se/home. Since most of the TAT customers are major phone vendors and operators, the UX Preview is a unique opportunity for consumers and developers to be involved in the design process of TAT products at an early stage.
Does it work on any Android phone?
The current target phones for TAT Home are WVGA- and FWVGA-phones with Android 2.1, such as HTC Nexus One and Motorola Droid.

It has been discussed but the thread name they used might have been a little misleading. Probably why it didn't show up on your search.
