Not sure how to install the latest update from Verizon on my Samsung Note 2?

Once the phone reboots to the Team Win Recover Screen I am lost...

You won't be able to update via OTA, because you have a custom recovery. You'll have to flash the update via TWRP. Here: ★ [Rom][I605VRAMC3][4.1.2] Stock Root Odex/Deodex [05/02/13]★ - xda-developers

Unless you want to restore to stock like from the factory you really shouldn't be using Odin. The Roms at ★ [Rom][I605VRAMC3][4.1.2] Stock Root Odex/Deodex [05/02/13]★ - xda-developers should be flashed by using the Install button from TWRP. However maybe eventually you do want to restore factory stock and flash one of the factory stock Roms (not the ones in this message), you can get the latest Samsung drivers from the Samsung support web site or from SamMobile | Everything for your Samsung Mobile to use with Odin. In that case read up well on restoring to stock at here and at xda.
