Not sure what the problem is. The package that was shipped early was delivered early. Isn't that how it's supposed to work? They are clearly 2 different packages, as is made clear by the different tracking numbers.

Top is the bumper at 1.2 lbs and bottom is Nexus 4 at 1.1 lbs

That's an estimated shipping weight for UPS to use, not the actual weight of your package.
