Everyone know the initial contract was for 5 years. Everyone also knows (presumably except for you) that contracts always have clauses in them allowing one party or the other to break the contract under certain parameters. I don't think Jeremy is using this argument as his reason for not believing me because I don't think he's as naive as you.

naive what would be the cause to break the contract? just dont see that happening if that was the case why would they have released the ipad on att also. I wish the iphone would come to sprint im trying to have a cheaper bill for sure.

Many have quoted ATT's network troubles as one of the potential reasons. Something like a 4.5% call drop rate - almost twice that of anyone else.

lol i really dont care to be honest people have been saying this for over a year now Att has good coverage in my area just the 3g sucks BAD but I am looking foward to the evo that is the topic

There will be no iPhone for Sprint this year. If anyone will be getting it this year it will be Verizon, but thats not looking to happen in 2010 either.
