tethering block on 4.4.2 unless zenmante on chrome

i got a note 3, on tmobile i was able to tether for months, 4.4.2 from one day to another it just stopped, i had to install Zenmate on chrome, and thats the only way i can browse internet but if i turn off the vpn no pages load, i always used the agent switch spoof because the tmobile blocking and no problems, could watch anything, any device could connect to my phone, ipads, tablets, ANY devices!! but just one day no internet for no one, just my laptop thru Zenmate VPN and thats all. no one can connect to me, any device, just facebook, if i connect my ipad or my s4 to my wifi the only thing they can check is facebook!
NOTHING ELSE..

I USE "WIFI TETHER ROUTER" AS MY TETHERING OPTION.

my wife has a iphone 5c and their phone can share internet just normal i can connect anything, any device, w no problems, watch movies etc etc..

any help..?

In your APN settings, your apn version sounds like it's set to IPv6... When if you're going to tether against policy from this bomb network... Do it using IPv4. There's a whole thread about this on XDA.

But just saying, people who don't use the default tethering and adhere to the data restrictions degrade network performance for everyone else. Just my 2 cents.
